摘　　要：目的评价雷尼替丁治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取无锡市江南大学附属医院2018年1月到2019年6月收治的14例老年复发性口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(7例)与对照组(7例),进行为期6个月的治疗,对照组行常规的黏膜溃疡散治疗,观察组采用黏膜溃疡散联用雷尼替丁治疗,对比两组治疗前后的VAS评分改善情况以及临床效果和口腔溃疡复发率。结果治疗后两组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月进行统计,观察组患者治疗有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的57.14%;观察组患者复发率为14.29%,显著低于对照组的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷尼替丁治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡效果明显,能够显著缓解疼痛并降低患者的复发率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ranitidine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in the elderly.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,14 elderly patients with recurrent oral ulcer in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 7 cases in each group.They were treated for six months.The control group was treated with routine mucosal ulcer powder,and the observation group was treated with mucosal ulcer powder combined with ranitidine,The improvement of VAS score,clinical effect and recurrence rate of oral ulcer were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after six months of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%,significantly higher than 57.14%of the control group;the recurrence rate of the observation group was 14.29%,significantly lower than 42.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ranitidine in the treatment of elderly recurrent oral ulcer clinical effect is obvious,not only can significantly alleviate pain,but also can reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
