摘  要:以碱处理β分子筛为催化剂,进行乳酸和苯胺催化合成喹啉衍生物.先将β分子筛进行碱后处理,并采用XRD、FI-IR、BET和NH3-TPD对其进行表征.表征结果表明碱处理的β分子筛具有微介孔结构.在苯胺和乳酸合成喹啉衍生物反应上,对碱处理的β分子筛的催化活性、催化寿命和再生性能进行了评价.研究结果表明,碱处理β分子筛展现出更优的催化寿命,这主要归因于催化剂具有介孔结构,能促进大分子产物扩散,延缓结焦副产物在孔道内的沉积,从而延长催化剂的寿命.Employing alkali-treatedβzeolite,synthesis of quinoline derivatives from lactic acid and aniline was conducted.Theβzeolite was firstly treated via alkali post-treatment process,and then characterized by XRD FI-IR BET and NH3-TPD.The characterization results indicated that the alkali-treatedβzeolite possessed the mesoporous structure.Meanwhile,the catalytic activity,catalytic life and regenerability of the alkali-treatedβzeolite were evaluated in the synthetic reaction of quinolines from aniline and lactic acid.The results showed that alkali-treatedβzeolite exhibited better catalytic life than the parentβone,mainly due to the mesoporous structure on zeolite,which could promote the diffusion of bulky products and retard the deposition of the coking in pore channels,thereby enhance the life of catalyst.
