摘　　要：后装压缩式垃圾车压缩装置的结构设计和运动参数直接关系到整车的工作性能和效率.以L12型垃圾车压缩装置为研究对象,基于Siemens NX/Motion平台,对其进行运动仿真分析,分析了工作过程中刮板、滑板和推板的位移、速度、加速度和力等运动特性,为后续的结构优化设计提供依据.The structural design and motion parameters of the rear-loaded compression garbage truck’s compressor are directly related to the performance and efficiency of the whole vehicle.Based on the Siemens NX/Motion platform,the motion simulation analysis is carried out on the compression device of L12 garbage truck,and the displacement,speed,acceleration and force of scrapers,skateboards and pushing-boards are analyzed during the work,which provides the basis for the subsequent structural optimization design.
