摘 要:文章论述了RV减速器的传动原理和特点,针对摆线轮与曲柄轴之间的轴承,进行受力分析,计算结果表明:该受力大小和方向随曲柄轴转角变化显示出周期性变化,根据该受力分析过程和结果对比不同载荷下的受力极限值,进一步分析计算不同工作载荷下的轴承接触应力情况。相关研究结论为为RV减速器曲柄轴转臂轴承的优化分析和工程应用提供了理论基础。This article discusses the transmission principle and characteristics of the RV reducer,and analyzes the force on the bearing between the cycloid and the crankshaft.The calculation results show that the magnitude and direction of the force show periodic changes with the change of the crankshaft angle.According to the force analysis process and results,the force limit value under different loads is compared,and the finite element method is further used to analyze the bearing contact stress under different working loads.Relevant research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the optimization analysis and engineering application of RV reducer crankshaft arm bearings.
