阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及其对糖脂代谢影响的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗的效果及其对糖脂代谢影响的比较。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月我院收治的240例精神分裂症患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用奥氮平方案,观察组采用阿立哌唑方案。比较两组疗效、糖脂代谢指标、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率稍高于对照组(P>0.05);治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗可取得相似的疗效与安全性,但是阿立哌唑对糖脂代谢的影响更小,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effects of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia and their impacts on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 240 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with olanzapine,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.The efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and adverse reactions(ADRs)were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the observation group were also significantly differences from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total ADRs,rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia are similar.However,aripiprazole has less impacts on glucose and lipid metabolism,which is worthy of clinical application.
