基于中医理论探索六位一体紧密型医联体建设思路

摘　　要：我国医改已进入深化改革阶段,需要我们对医疗行情有更深层次的认识和解析。本文以当前紧密型医联体建设背景,结合中医整体观念、辨证论治思想,整合多因素研究,以医院文化建设、医院管理、学科建设、人才培养、诊疗技术、服务能力“六位一体紧密型医联体建设”为基点,探讨紧密型医联体建设思路,运行机制和模式,缓解人民群众对医疗日益提高的需求,为医联体建设提供新思路及方法,助力于提高居民在医疗改革及分级诊疗的医疗需求感、满足感、获益感。为分级诊疗提供有益思路和视角,助推医改落实。China's medical reform has entered a stage of deepening reform,which requires people to have a deeper understanding and analysis of the medical profession.Based on the background of the current construction of compact medical association,the holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was combined,and multivariate studies were integrated.Meanwhile,hospital culture constructions,hospital managements,disciplines construction,talents training,diagnosis and treatment technologies and service abilities of"constructing six-in-one compact medical association"were taken as the foundation.It was necessary to investigate the construction ideas,operation mechanism and mode of the compact medical association,alleviate people's increasing demand for medical treatment,provide new ideas and methods for the construction of medical association,help improve residents'sense of medical demands,satisfaction and benefit in medical reform and tiered medical services.And raise beneficial ideas and perspectives for tiered medical services,so as to finally promote the implementation of medical reform.
