大面积脑梗死患者的脱水治疗疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析评估将脱水治疗措施应用于大面积脑梗死患者中取得的临床治疗效果。方法选取徐州市铜山区人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的24例大面积脑梗死患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各12例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取常规治疗以及脱水治疗。对比评估两组患者的临床治疗效果,观察两组患者采取治疗措施前后水电解质改善情况、肾功能水平、神经功能缺损评分。结果采取治疗措施前,对比两组患者水电解质改善情况、肾功能水平、神经功能缺损评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采取治疗措施以后,观察组水电解质等相关数值优于对照组,观察组肾功能水平等相关数值优于对照组,观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,以上对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大面积脑梗死患者在治疗期间应用脱水治疗措施具有确切效果,可提升患者临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of applying dehydration treatment measures to large-area cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 24 patients with massive cerebral infarction treated in Xuzhou Tongshan District People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 12 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with conventional treatment and dehydration treatment.Compare and evaluate the clinical treatment effect,observe the improvement of water electrolyte,renal function level and neurological deficit score before and after taking treatment measures.Results Before taking treatment measures,there was no significant difference in the improvement of water electrolyte,renal function level and neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05);after taking treatment measures,the water electrolyte and other related values in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the renal function level and other related values in the observation group were better than those in the control group,while the neurological deficit score in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dehydration treatment during the treatment of patients with massive cerebral infarction has a definite effect,which can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
