摘 要:目的:研究肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达与食管癌微转移之间的关系。方法:以我院收治的41例食管癌患者为研究对象,根据患者食管癌转移情况分为转移组(18例),无转移组(23例);同时选择我院同一时间收治的25例是良性病变患者为研究对象,利用巢式RT-PCR法将从食管癌及食管良性病变患者的肋骨骨髓中提取出的单个核细胞的总RNA进行扩增,再对扩增产物进行分析对比后得到MUC-1mRNA的表达结果,分析肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达与食管癌微转移之间的相关性。结果:比较三组患者的肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达情况,发现组间数据差异显著,P<0.05。而转移组患者不同阳性率分布差异不显著,P>0.05。结论:肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达与食管癌微转移之间存在相关性,本次研究结果显示食管癌转移组患者的肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达阳性率显著高于其他两组患者,提示在未来临床干预阶段应该高度重视对食管癌患者肋骨骨髓MUC-1基因表达的监测,及早预防,避免癌细胞转移发生,这样才能更好地保证患者预后。Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of MUC-1 gene in rib bone marrow and metastasis of esophageal cancer.Method:41 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital were divided into metastasis group(18 cases)and non metastasis group(23 cases)according to the metastasis of esophageal cancer.at the same time 25 cases of benign lesions in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The total RNA of mononuclear cells extracted from the rib marrow of esophageal cancer and benign lesions were analyzed by nested RT-PCR After amplification,the expression of MUC-1 mRNA was obtained by analyzing and comparing the amplification products,and the correlation between the expression of MUC-1 gene in rib bone marrow and micrometastasis of esophageal cancer was analyzed.Result:The expression of MUC-1 gene in rib bone marrow of the three groups was compared,and the difference between the three groups was significant(P<0.05).The distribution of different positive rates in the transfer group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the expression of MUC-1 gene in rib bone marrow and the micrometastasis of esophageal cancer.The results of this study show that the positive rate of MUC-1 gene expression in rib bone marrow of patients with micrometastasis of esophageal cancer is significantly higher than that of the other two groups,suggesting that in the future clinical intervention stage,we should pay more attention to the monitoring of the expression of MUC-1 gene in rib bone marrow of patients with esophageal cancer,and prevent the metastasis of cancer cells as early as possible Health,in order to better ensure the prognosis of patients.
