摘 要:针对多台变频水泵并联的原水系统优化运行时存在最优工作点寻找困难,以及传统的遗传算法最优解容易被破坏的问题,通过分析机组中每个水泵的数据,建立了各水泵扬程、流量等关键参数之间的模型。使用了改进的遗传算法产生水泵的并联运行方案,并将算法与传统的遗传算法和纯人工操作方式应用到泵站实际生产环境中进行对比测试。测试结果表明,与传统遗传算法相比,改进的遗传算法有效地减少了最优解受到的破坏,并能使水泵按照此程序的方案运行时达到节能的效果。As the optimal working point is difficult to find in the optimized operation of the raw material system using multiple variable frequency water pumps in parallel,and optimal solution of the traditional genetic algorithm could be easily destroyed,a model was established for key pump parameters including pump lift and flow on the basis of analysis of the data of each pump.A scheme for parallel pump operation was generated by using improved genetic algorithm,which,together with traditional genetic algorithm and purely manual operation mode,was applied to actual production environment of pump stations for comparative tests.Test results indicated that,compared with traditional genetic algorithm,the proposed genetic algorithm greatly reduced the destruction caused to the optimal solution and enabled the water pump to achieve energy saving effect when they operated according to the scheme of this approach.
