我国患者社群及互助活动伦理意义初探

摘　　要：中国的患者社群及互助活动正在快速涌现并迅猛发展,发挥着日益重要的作用。对中国部分乳腺癌、淋巴瘤、双相情感障碍、抑郁症和艾滋病的患者社群或互助活动进行了调查,初步了解了患者社群及互助活动的发展历程和运行状况,在此基础上对患者社群及互助活动的伦理意义进行了梳理和分析,提出:患者社群和互助活动具有不可替代的意义,既可以为患者提供生理-心理-社会各个层面个性化、差异化和多样化的支持,也可以通过社群和互助活动提升患者的自主性、价值感和自我认同,对患者充分赋能,让患者个体和群体获得平等的尊重和尊严。The patient community and mutual aid activities in China are emerging and developing rapidly,and they have played an important role in many aspects.This study conducted online or offline interviews with the leaders and key members of the community of patients with breast cancer,lymphoma,bipolar disorder,depression and AIDS or mutual assistance activities in China,and gained a preliminary understanding of the development process and operation status of the patient’s community and mutual assistance activities,and on this basis,the ethical significance of the patient’s community and mutual assistance activities was sorted and analyzed.This study proposed that patient community and mutual assistance activities have irreplaceable significance.They can not only provide patients with more personalized,differentiated and diversified services at all levels of physiological,psychological,and social,but also improve through community and mutual assistance activities.The autonomy,sense of value and self-identity of patients fully empower patients,so that both patients and groups can obtain equal respect and dignity.
