摘　　要：由于退货而导致的逆向物流成本高企是B2C中小微跨境电商企业不得不面对的问题。从分析逆向物流成本构成出发,具体阐述了退货逆向物流产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了应对的对策建议。Due to returns,the high reverse-logistics cost is a problem that B2C small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises have to face.Starting from the analysis of the cost composition of reverse logistics,this paper expounds the causes of reverse logistics for returns and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
