学科生态视角下高水平大学竞争力实证研究

摘　　要：综合运用多种实证分析法对32所高校进行竞争力实证研究。研究结果显示,学科生态对大学竞争力有显著正影响,其影响机理主要是学科种群规模与结构、学科梯队规模与结构、资源条件集聚程度三方面因素的共同作用。研究还揭示了显著影响大学竞争力的具体因素,对高水平大学建设和高等教育发展提出了有针对性的对策建议。An empirical study of 32 universities is made using some empirical analysis methods. The research results show that the discipline ecology has a significant positive impact on university competitiveness, and its influence mechanism is mainly the combined effect of three factors: the size and structure of the discipline population, the size and structure of the discipline echelon, and the degree of concentration of resource conditions. The research also reveals specific factors that significantly affect the competitiveness of universities, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of high-level university and the development of higher education.
