血清MMP-11和MMP-26在结直肠癌诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：为分析血清基质金属蛋白酶-11(MMP-11)、基质金属蛋白酶-26(MMP-26)诊断结直肠癌的价值,选取我院2017年1月至2019年6月收治的结直肠癌患者80例,将其纳入观察组。另于同期选取80名体检健康的受试者作为对照组。比较观察组不同分期、对照组、不同分化程度、转移及未转移患者血清MMP-11、MMP-26水平,分析联合检测的诊断价值。结果显示,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者血清MMP-11、MMP-26水平高于对照组(P<0.05),高分化腺癌、低分化腺癌、未分化腺癌患者血清MMP-11、MMP-26水平差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),转移患者血清MMP-11、MMP-26水平高于未转移患者(P<0.05),联合诊断灵敏度、特异度高于单纯MMP-11、MMP-26诊断价值(P<0.05)。结果表明,血清MMP-11、MMP-26参与结直肠癌发生及发展,联合检测能有利于明确结直肠癌浸润、分期及转移情况。This study was to investigate the diagnostic value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11)and matrix metalloproteinase-26(MMP-26)for colorectal cancer,enrolled 80 colorectal cancer patients treated in authors’hospital(2017-01-2019-06)as observation group,while 80 examinees physical as control group;then,compared the serum MMP-11 and MMP-26 of observation group at difference stages,of control group,of at different differentiation degrees,as well as of the patients with or without metastasis,so that analysed the diagnostic value of both combination detection.As results,atⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣstage the serum levels of MMP-11 and MMP-26 in patients were all higher than control group(P<0.05);and the levels had statistical difference between high,low,and non-differentiation of adenocarcinoma(P<0.05);the levels of patients with metastasis were higher ones without metastasis(P<0.05);as well as the diagnostic value of both comination detection was higher than alone anyone(P<0.05).Results show that the combination detection of both is beneficial to confirm colorectal cancers’staging,infiltration and metastasis status because of both involving in cancer’s pathegesis and development.
