摘 要:乡村小规模学校教师专业发展直接影响乡村教育质量。通过对重庆市697名乡村小规模学校教师进行调查,并对乡村小规模学校教师与乡村较大规模学校教师以及乡村小规模学校中的村小和教学点教师进行对比,结果表明乡村小规模学校教师专业发展的主要障碍是:缺少培训进修和信息相对闭塞,教学点教师面临的障碍最多;最主要的激励因素是职称和津贴,教学点教师更需要培训进修;支持保障总体不足,教学点教师保障条件更弱。促进乡村小规模学校教师专业发展,需要加强教师专业发展的物质保障,补足教师发展的短板;完善教师专业发展制度保障,注入教师发展的持续动力;改善教师专业发展条件保障,提高教师发展的同行认可。The professional development of teachers in small-scale rural schools is directly related to the quality of rural education. A survey was conducted of 697 teachers from small-scale rural schools in Chongqing,and a comparison was made of the teachers in small-scale rural schools with those in larger rural schools,as well as the village primary schools and teachers in small-scale schools. The results show that the major obstacles to professional development of teachers in small-scale rural schools include the lack of training and further study and the comparatively limited news resources,with teachers at the teaching spots faced with the most obstacles;the main incentives being the professional titles and subsidies,with teachers at the teaching spots needing more training and studying opportunities;and the inadequacy in the support and guarantee,with teachers at the teaching spots having weaker conditions of protection. To promote the professional development of teachers in small-scale rural schools,it is necessary to strengthen the material guarantee for the professional development of teachers and make up for the corresponding shortcomings of teacher development,improve the institutional guarantee for the professional development of teachers and inject the continuous motivation for teacher development,and improve the condition guarantee for the professional development of teachers and increase the peer recognition of teacher development.
