摘　　要：目的:建立公立医院内部审计质量管理标准体系,规避医院运营风险,提升医院整体管理水平。方法:运用ISO9001质量体系的思路和框架以及标准化学科的方法和观点,与公立医院的质量管理目标进行有机结合。结果:以专业实务标准体系为核心,以管理标准体系为依托,通过工作标准体系落实的"三标一体"的审计标准化,实施PDCA闭环管理。结论:实现内部审计管理的科学性、先进性以及规范性,并对审计质量管理有借鉴和参考价值。Objective:To establish and implement the quality management standard system of internal audit,avoid the risk of hospital operation,and improve the overall management level of hospital.Methods:The ideas and framework of ISO9001 quality system and the methods and viewpoints of standard chemistry department were used to integrate with the quality management objectives of public hospitals.Results:Taking professional practice standard system as the core,it established a"three standards in one"audit standardization system and PDCA closed-loop management with management standard system as the support and work standard system as the implementation.Conclusion:The scientific,advanced and normative internal audit management can be used for reference and reference value for audit quality management.
