摘　　要：细菌及其代谢产物是牙髓病和根尖周病的主要病因之一,根管治疗术是其当前最有效的治疗方法。根管治疗失败的主要原因是根管系统再感染的发生,粪肠球菌是最主要的致病菌之一。根管封闭剂的抗菌作用对防止根管系统再感染的发生具有重要作用,可以提高根管治疗的长期成功率。目前应用于临床的根管封闭剂种类繁多,本文将就各类根管封闭剂对粪肠球菌抗菌作用的研究进展作一综述,这将具备重要的临床指导意义。Bacteria and their by⁃products are one of the main causes of pulpal and periapical diseases,and root canal treatment is currently the most effective solution for their treatment.The main reason of the failure of root canal treatment is the occurrence of rein⁃fection within the root canal system,and Enterococcus faecalis(E.faecalis)is one of the major pathogens.The antibacterial effect of endodontic sealers plays an important role in preventing reinfection to the root canal system,which can improve the long⁃term success rate of root canal treatment.Presently,various kinds of endodontic sealers are available clinically,and the objective of this review is to summarize the antibacterial effects of different endodontic sealers on E.faecalis,which will provide significant evidence for the clinical application of endodontic sealers in root canal treatment.
