摘　　要：本文报告1例发生于儿童腮腺区的Castleman病病例。该患儿临床表现为右侧腮腺区无痛渐大性肿物,无明显其他伴随症状。采取手术切除,术后病理诊断为Castleman病(局灶性,透明血管型)。结合相关文献进行探讨,以进一步提高对发生于儿童腮腺区Castleman病的认识。This article reported a case of Castleman’s disease in the parotid gland of a girl.The clinical manifestation of this patient was painless and gradually enlarged in the right parotid gland,without other accompanying symptoms.The treatment was surgical resection,and postoperative pathological diagnosis was Castleman’s disease(unicentric,hyaline vascular type).The related literatures were reviewed in order to improve the in-depth understanding of this disease.
