摘　　要：炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤是一种少见且病因不明的病变,发生于头颈部的炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤较为少见,其中颌骨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤更是少有报道。本文报告1例口服激素治愈下颌骨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的病例,并结合文献,对相关问题进行讨论。Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT)is a rare and unexplained disease.Relatively few IMTs that occur in the head and neck region have been reported,and IMTs in the maxilla and mandible are much rarer.We presented a case of IMT in the mandible,who was cured after administration of oral prednisone,and discussed the relevant problems based on literature review.
