摘  要:鉴于现有绝缘子电晕放电检测方法具有需停电操作、试验时间长、检测工作量大等局限性,基于泛在电力物联网的设备电晕放电在线监测系统的研发十分必要。本文给出紫外在线监测系统所采用的四项关键技术:同步调焦技术、紫外CCD成像技术、图像融合技术、紫外光子技术。在实用、经济、可靠的原则下进行监测系统硬件设计,硬件由三部分组成:变电站侧的紫外采集设备、公司的WEB服务器和用户侧的客户端。同时对平台功能和运行环境进行软件开发。最后选择国网天津市电力公司某在运线路,对硬件、软件和平台系统进行功能和可靠性试验验证。试验结果表明,所研发的紫外在线监测系统可对绝缘子进行实时在线监测、巡检结果查询、巡检结果分析等,并最终生成结果报表。In view of the limitations of existing insulator corona discharge detection methods,such as power outage operation,long test time and heavy detection workload,it is necessary to research and develop an online monitoring system for corona discharge of equipment based on ubiquitous power Internet of things.In this paper,four key technologies used in the UV on-line monitoring system were given,which were synchronous focusing technology,ultraviolet CCD imaging technology,image fusion technology,ultraviolet photon technology.Under the principle of practicality,economy and reliability,the hardware of the monitoring system was designed.The hardware consisted of three parts,which were the ultraviolet acquisition equipment at the substation side,the web server of the company and the client side of the user side.The platform function and running environment are developed.Finally,a line in operation of State Grid Tianjin electric power company was selected to test the function and reliability of hardware,software and platform system.The test results showed that the developed UV online monitoring system could perform real-time on-line monitoring of insulators,query of inspection results,analysis of inspection results,and finally generate the results report.
