摘  要:针对南方双季稻区田块小、土壤湿软、秸秆含水率高导致秸秆收集困难问题,设计一种南方双季稻区秸秆集捆机,与半喂入式稻麦收割机配合使用,可一次性完成水稻收获与秸秆集捆。该机设计一种曲柄摇杆机构模仿手动耙草原理进行进料和压缩,正时机构调节周期准确进行水稻秸秆扎捆,偏心轮排料机构顺利将秸秆排出;作业采用扎垛式,有利于水稻秸秆通风干燥,便于长期储存。试验结果表明:该机结构简单,操作方便,作业半径小,工作性能稳定,机具作业速度越快,草捆规范度程度越差;采用中速档作业,其生产率为0.21 hm 2/h,成捆率达到95.9%。In view of the problems of small straw collection,soft soil,and high moisture content of straw double cropping rice in south China.A kind of straw baler in double cropping rice area is designed,which can be used in combination with half fed rice and wheat harvester to complete rice harvest and straw baler at one time.The machine designed a crank and rocker mechanism to simulate the principle of manual rake for feeding and compression.The timing mechanism regulated the period of the rice straw tying and baling accurately,and the eccentric wheel discharging mechanism discharged the straw smoothly.The operation adopts the stacking type,which is conducive to the ventilation and drying of rice straw and convenient for long-term storage.The test results show that the machine has a simple structure,convenient operation,small working radius,stable working performance,the faster the machine works,the worse the standardization of the bale;the medium speed operation,the productivity is 0.21 hm 2/h,the rate reached is 95.9%.
