摘　　要：压销作业是传动轴装配的重要工序,是汽车万向传动装配作业中不可或缺的生产工艺,针对现有压销精度不高及效率低等问题,设计了一种以PLC为主控制器、触摸屏为人机界面的半自动压销机控制系统,系统可实现对万向传动轴的压管、打孔和冲铆,支持人工在触摸屏上设定压销机动作。实际应用表明,采用该系统后半自动压销机具有操作简单、工作稳定、压销效率高等特点。Press pin operation is an important process of transmission shaft assembly and an indispensable production process in automobile universal transmission assembly.Aiming at the problem of low precision of pin pressing in existing operation,a semi-automatic pin pressing machine control system was designed,with PLC as the main controller and touch screen as the human-machine interface.The system can realize the pin pressing,punching and riveting of universal transmission shaft,and support the manual setting of pin pressing machine on touch screen.The system has been applied to semi-automatic pin press equipment.It has the characteristics of simple operation,stable operation and high pin pressing efficiency.
