摘 要:近年来,越来越多的研究表明骨髓来源抑制性细胞(MDSC)参与了多种慢性肝病的发生发展,包括慢性病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、肝癌等。作为一种来源于骨髓祖细胞和未成熟髓系细胞的细胞群体,MDSC通过调节炎症反应、免疫细胞的分化及功能等在肝病的形成、进展和修复中起着关键作用。现就MDSC与肝脏各类型疾病之间联系的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床诊断、预后或治疗各类慢性肝病提供新思路。In recent years,more and more studies have shown that myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)participate in the development and progression of various chronic liver diseases including chronic viral hepatitis,alcoholic liver disease,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,autoimmune liver diseases,and liver cancer.As a type of cells derived from bone marrow progenitor cells and immature myeloid cells,MDSCs play an important role in the development,progression,and repair of liver diseases by regulating inflammatory response and the differentiation and function of immune cells.This article reviews the research advances in the association between MDSCs and various liver diseases,in order to provide new thoughts for the clinical diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of chronic liver diseases.
