摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸吗啡缓释片与盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗恶性肿瘤癌痛患者的效果及对血清学指标的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将我院收治的80例恶性肿瘤癌痛患者分为观察组(40例,口服盐酸羟考酮控释片)和对照组(40例,口服硫酸吗啡缓释片)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后3、5、7 d,观察组的NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项FACT-G评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组5-HT、PGE2、SP水平低于对照组,β-EP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮控释片用于中、重度疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者的止痛效果更佳,且可促进血清学指标恢复正常,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of morphine sulfate sustained release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain patients with malignant tumor and the influences on serological indexes.Methods Eighty cancer pain patients with malignant tumor admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(40 cases,oral oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets)and control group(40 cases,oral morphine sulfate sustained release tablets)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3,5 and 7 days after treatment,the NRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FACT-G scores of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT、PGE2 and SP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level ofβ-EP was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets for moderate and severe pain in patients with malignant tumor has better analgesic effect,it can promote serological indexes to return to normal,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
