他氟前列素滴眼液联合盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗开角型青光眼的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨他氟前列素滴眼液联合盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗开角型青光眼的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2019年10本院收治的120例开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(60例120只患眼,盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液)和观察组(60例120只患眼,他氟前列素滴眼液联合盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液)。比较两组的临床疗效、眼压变化情况、眼血流动力学指标及视觉功能评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2、3个月,两组眼压均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组EDV、PSV及各项NEI-VFQ-25评分均升高,RI均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论他氟前列素滴眼液联合盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗开角型青光眼患者的疗效显著,能够有效改善患者眼压及眼血流动力学指标水平,提高患者视觉功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tafluprost eye drops combined with carteolol hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with open-angle glaucoma admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(60 cases,120 affected eyes,carteolol hydrochloride eye drops)and observation group(60 cases,120 affected eyes,tafluprost eye drops combined with carteolol hydrochloride eye drops).The clinical effects,intraocular pressure changes,ocular hemodynamic indexes and visual function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,the intraocular pressure in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,EDV,PSV and NEI-VFQ-25 scores in the two groups increased,RI decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The tafluprost eye drops combined with carteolol hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma has significant effect,it can effectively improve the intraocular pressure and the level of ocular hemodynamics,and enhance the visual function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
