摘　　要：目的探究经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)超声诊断卵巢慢性炎症的可行性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月我院收治的199例卵巢慢性炎症患者的临床资料,所有患者分别行经腹部超声及经阴道CDFI超声诊断。比较经阴道CDFI超声与经腹部超声对慢性卵巢炎的检出情况,并分析经阴道CDFI超声与经腹部超声影像学特征。结果经阴道CDFI超声诊断准确率度92.46%,高于经腹部超声诊断的79.40%(P<0.05)。结论经阴道CDFI超声诊断卵巢慢性炎症的操作简单、准确率高,有利于实现对病变的全面观察,具有较高临床诊断价值。Objective To explore the feasibility of transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of chronic ovaritis.Methods The clinical data of 199 patients with chronic ovaritis admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal CDFI ultrasound respectively.The detection of chronic ovaritis by transvaginal CDFI ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound was compared,and the imaging features of transvaginal CDFI ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal CDFI ultrasound was 92.46%,which was higher than 79.40%of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging is simple and accurate in the diagnosis of chronic ovaritis,which is conducive to the comprehensive observation of the lesions,with high clinical diagnostic value.
