摘 要:数理统计与实验设计是高校食品专业的一门重要专业课,其理论性和实践性很强。为提高学生的学习兴趣、培养应用创新人才,本文分析了数理统计与实验设计课程教学过程中存在的问题,包括课程理论知识内容抽象、课堂教学过于理论化、教学方法单一、教学管理和考核方式陈旧等,并从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面对数理统计与实验设计课程教学改革进行初步探索,以期为提高教学质量提供参考。Mathematical statistics and experimental design is an important professional course for food majors in colleges and universities,and it is very theoretical and practical.In order to increase students′interest in learning and cultivate applied innovative talents,this paper analyzed the problems in the teaching process of mathematical statistics and experimental design,including the abstraction of the theoretical knowledge of the curriculum,the excessive theoreticalization of classroom teaching,the single teaching method,the outdated teaching management and assessment methods,etc.,made a preliminary exploration of the teaching reform of mathematical statistics and experimental design course from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods,etc.,in order to provide references for improving teaching quality.
