摘　　要：在大数据时代,传统的建筑业信息化不足以支撑建筑业转型升级,建筑业信息技术集成应用不足以支撑体制增效。大数据发展为建筑企业信息化建设提供理念支撑和技术支持,为解决建筑业信息化存在整体认识不足、缺乏系统规划、缺乏可靠的数据管理和分析平台等问题提供新的解决途径,通过树立建筑大数据应用理念,构建整合大数据库、建设健全的大数据分析技术平台及进行全面信息化的战略规划等措施,提升建筑企业信息化建设水平,推动建筑企业转型发展。In the era of big data,the traditional construction informatization is not enough to support the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and the integrated application of information technology in the construction industry is not enough to support the system efficiency. The development of big data provides conceptual support and technical support for the informatization construction of the construction industry,and provides a new solution to the problems of insufficient overall understanding,lack of systematic planning and lack of reliable data management and analysis platform. By establishing the application concept of building big data,building integrated big database construction and building a sound big data analysis technology. The platform and the strategic planning of comprehensive informatization are taken to improve the informatization construction level of construction enterprises and promote the transformation and development of construction enterprises.
