摘 要:本文采用柔性金属薄膜作为工作电极,Ag/AgCl(饱和KCl)电极作为参比电极,铂片电极作为对电极,采用伏安循环法(CV)和电流-时间法(i-t)检测了不同浓度海藻糖的电化学响应,并通过对数据的具体计算分析进行定量检测。结果证明所建立的检测方法灵敏度达0.1917 mA·cm^-2·mmol·L^-1,检测限达2.8244×10^-4 mmol·L^-1(S/N=3)。本传感器具有特异性好、灵敏度高、检测限低、响应速度快、检测方便等优点。柔性金属材料的使用为结构紧凑、可穿戴式微型电化学检测装备研发提供了一种新的思路。A three-electrode electrochemical detection system was constructed with flexible metal film was the working electrode,Ag/AgCl(saturated KCl)electrode as the reference electrode and Pt electrode as the counter electrode.The trehalose samples with different concentrations were measured by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and amperometric i-t curve(i-t).And through the calculation and analysis of the data to carry out quantitative detection.The sensitivity of the method was 0.1917 mA·cm^-2·mmol·L^-1,and the detection limit was 2.8244×10^-4 mmol·L-1(S/N=3).The sensor had the advantages of good specificity,high sensitivity,low detection limit,quick response and convenient detection.Using flexible metal materials provides a new idea for the research and development of compact wearable micro-electrochemical detection equipment.
