摘  要:依据已设计的乳腺超声CT系统中超声换能器配置方案的特征,提出了一种基于相对压电微机械超声换能器(PMUT)线阵的乳腺超声断层重建算法。以等距扇形束为基础,制定空间复合重建测试方案,在此基础上,详细推导沿直线轨迹运动的重建算法公式。利用MATLAB建立数值乳腺模型,并对不同重建方案下的图像进行仿真及量化分析。结果表明,将B型超声图像作为先验信息的图像融合测试方案下的重建图像,能够较好的重建脂肪、腺体、肿块、纤维瘤、癌症和钙化点等组织类型的数量、位置、大小和形态,在ROI区域内的PSNR为144.89,RMSE为0.0608。有效地改善了在有限角度下超声断层成像受到沿深度方向的伪像困扰,提高了图像重建性能。According to the characteristics of ultrasound transducer configuration in breast ultrasound CT system,an algorithm of breast ultrasound tomography reconstruction based on opposite Piezoelectric Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducer(PMUT)linear array was proposed.Based on the isometric sector beam,a space compound reconstruction test scheme is developed.On this basis,the reconstruction algorithm formula of the motion along the linear trajectory is derived in detail.MATLAB was used to establish a numerical breast model,and the images under different reconstruction schemes were simulated and quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the reconstructed image under the image fusion test scheme with B-mode ultrasound image as the prior information could better reconstruct the number,location,size and shape of tissue types such as fat,gland,mass,fibroma,cancer and calcification,with a PSNR and RMSE of 144.89 and 0.0608 in the ROI region.This method can effectively improve the image reconstruction performance of the ultrasound tomography in limited angle.
