摘  要:根据武汉科技大学创建“具有鲜明特色的高水平应用型开放型创新型大学”的办学目标,积极探索了自主化、高效化和研究化的新路子,以着力构建环境类应用创新型人才培养模式的新体系。以科技创新项目为载体,深入持久地开展了教学改革,不断提高师生实践能力,全方位调动学生学习的积极性,培养创新型人才。提高了环境类应用创新型人才的培养质量,在教育教学改革方面取得重大的人才培养效益,有普遍的推广价值,对教育教学改革具有一定的指导意义。According to the running goal of Wuhan University of Science and Technology to establish a high level application-oriented,open and innovative university with distinctive characteristics,the paper explores a new way of self-dependence,high efficiency and research,and focuses on building a new system of environmental application-oriented and innovative talent training mode.In addition,taking the scientific and technological innovation projects as the carrier,the teaching reform has been carried out in a deep and lasting way,constantly improving the practical ability of teachers and students,cultivating creative talents,mobilizing students'learning enthusiasm and creativity in an all-round way,and effectively solving the quality problem of cultivating innovative talents in environmental applications.The proposed way has improved the cultivation quality of the application-oriented innovative talents in environmental engineering,and has made great strides in education and teaching reform,which has general promotion value and certain guiding significance for promoting education and teaching reform.
