基于MCR模型的农村居民点空间布局优化研究——以河北省平山县为例

摘　　要：以河北省平山县为例,分析了农村居民点空间现状分布,选取评价体系,确定空间划分标准与基本单元,制定评价指标并选取评价模型,运用MCR模型计算最小累积阻力,总结农村居民点空间分布特征。基于现状提出平山县农村居民点空间布局的优化对策,确定优化方向,针对适宜区、比较适宜区、不适宜区、极不适宜区4种分区,提出城镇转化、逐步并点、异地搬迁、限制发展4种空间布局的优化模式,并对农村居民点未来发展进行了展望。Taking Pingshan county of Hebei province as an example,this paper analyzes the current of the spatial distribution of rural residential areas,selects the evaluation system,determines the space division standard and the basic unit,formulates the evaluation index and selects the evaluation model,and uses the MCR model to calculate the minimum cumulative resistance,to summarize the spatial characteristics of rural residential areas.Based on the present situation,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the spatial layout of rural residential areas in Pingshan county,and determines the optimization direction,and according to suitable area,relatively suitable area,unsuitable area,extremely unsuitable area four kinds of partition,puts forward four optimization models of urban transformation,gradual merger,relocation and restricted development,and looks forward to the future development of rural residential areas.
