摘 要:建立系统的新工科教师评价机制,有助于提升新工科教师的教书育人能力.本文基于CDIO和CMM模型,结合TF育人模式,构建了新工科背景下TF-CDIO-CMM教师评价模型.通过层次分析法,分析教师、学生、学校和企业等评价指标,建立教师评价指标的层次结构,确定评价内容各方面的权重,最终构建一种基于模糊数学定量的TF-CDIO-CMM评价模型.基于该评价模型,进行教师CDIO能力评估与能力提升机制研究,结果表明此评价模型及其运行机制能有效促进教师能力的评估和提升.Establishing a systematic evaluation mechanism for new engineering teachers is helpful to enhance their teaching and educating abilities.Based on CDIO and CMM model and TF education model,a TF-CDIOCMM teacher evaluation model is constructed under the background of new subjects.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the evaluation indicators of teachers,students,schools and enterprises.The hierarchical structure of the evaluation indicators of teachers is established,and the weights of the evaluation contents are determined.Finally,a TF-CDIO-CMM evaluation model based on quantitative fuzzy mathematics is constructed.Based on the TF-CDIO-CMM evaluation model,the CDIO ability evaluation and ability promotion mechanism of teachers are studied,which shows that the evaluation model and its operation mechanism can effectively promote the evaluation and improvement of teachers'ability.
