摘　　要：本试验旨在研究饲粮添加橡椀单宁对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、抗氧化功能和肠道发育的影响。选取1日龄雄性爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡288羽,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12羽。对照组(VT-0组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加100(VT-1组)、500(VT-2组)和1000 mg/kg(VT-3组)橡椀单宁。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加橡椀单宁对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)VT-3组肉鸡屠宰率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),VT-1和VT-2组肉鸡爪重率显著高于VT-0组(P<0.05)。3)VT-3组肉鸡胸肌系水力显著高于VT-0和VT-1组(P<0.05)。4)VT-1、VT-2和VT-3组42日龄肉鸡血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于VT-0组(P<0.05)。VT-2和VT-3组42日龄肉鸡胸肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于VT-0组(P<0.05)。5)VT-1和VT-2组42日龄肉鸡空肠绒毛高度显著高于VT-0组(P<0.05)。VT-1、VT-2和VT-3组42日龄肉鸡回肠绒毛高度显著高于VT-0组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加橡椀单宁能够提高42日龄肉鸡抗氧化功能,改善肉品质,提高空肠和回肠绒毛高度,且饲粮添加1000 mg/kg橡椀单宁能提高肉鸡屠宰率。综合各项指标,推荐橡椀单宁的添加量为1000 mg/kg。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,antioxidant function and intestinal development of broilers.A total of 288 one-day-old male Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in the control group(VT-0 group)were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented 100(VT-1 group),500(VT-2 group)and 1000 mg/kg(VT-3 group)Quercus acutissima Carruth tannins,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin had no significant effects on growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).2)The slaughter rate of broilers of VT-3 group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the paw weight rate of broilers of VT-1 and VT-2 groups was significantly higher than that of VT-0 group(P<0.05).3)The breast muscle water holding capacity of broilers of VT-3 group was significantly higher than that of VT-0 and VT-1 groups(P<0.05).4)The catalase(CAT)activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in serum of broilers at 42 days of age of VT-1,VT-2 and VT-3 groups were significantly higher than those of VT-0 group(P<0.05).The breast muscle superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of broilers at 42 days of age of VT-2 and VT-3 groups was significantly higher than that of VT-0 group(P<0.05).5)The jejunum villus height of broilers at 42 days of age of VT-1 and VT-2 groups was significantly higher than that of VT-0 group(P<0.05).The ileum villus height of broilers at 42 days of age of VT-1,VT-2 and VT-3 groups was significantly higher than that of VT-0 group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary Quercus acutissima Carruth tannin can improve the antioxidant function of broilers at 42 days of age,improve meat quality,increase the villus height in jejunum and ileum,and dietary supplemented 1000 mg/kg Quercus acutissima Carrut
