低位型重型越野汽车底盘的总体布置研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了一款重型专用越野底盘的总体汽车布置设计方法,即在原成熟车型基础上完成符合C-130运输机空运要求的低位型重型越野底盘的设计开发。在总体布置中,围绕"降高、重载、轻量化"的要求,通过合理布置驾驶室,优化设计动力传动及辅助系统、底盘悬架结构等措施来满足总体设计要求,使该底盘成为目前国内最轻、载质量最大的满足C-130运输机载运的6×6重型越野底盘。This article introduces a general layout design method,on the basis of the original mature models,the design and development of a low-profile heavy off-road chassis that meets the requirements of the C-130 transport aircraft.In the overall layout design,around the requirements of"lowering heavy pay-load and lighter curb weight",through reasonable layout of the cab,design of the powertrainand auxiliary system,the suspension structure of chassis and other measures to meet the subscribers’requirements,so that the chassis has become the lightest and most heavy-weight C-130 transport aircraft Carry 6×6 heavy off-road vehicle chassis in China.
