摘 要:以白鹤滩超高扬程齿轮齿条垂直升船机工程为例,对不同机房形式的升船机方案,运用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了考虑地基-塔柱-顶部机房共同作用的升船机塔柱结构三维有限元模型,采用时程分析法计算升船机塔柱和顶部机房在不同工况下的位移和加速度响应,对比不同工况的地震响应和鞭梢效应。研究结果表明:塔柱结构一阶振型是横向振动,二阶振型是扭转振动,进行塔柱结构设计时有必要适当增强结构的抗扭刚度;地震作用下超高扬程升船机结构鞭梢效应明显,分离式机房较整体式机房在鞭梢效应方面表现更弱。在升船机结构设计时宜合理选定机房形式,塔柱顶部宜采用梁板结构连系。Taking the project of Baihetan large gear-rack vertical ship lift for example,according to different machine room types of ship-lift scheme,we establish a 3D finite element model of the large vertical ship-lift tower structure model which considers the interaction of foundation-tower-top machine room using finite element analysis software ANSYS,calculate the displacement and acceleration responses of the ship-lift tower and top machine room adopting the time-history analysis method,and compare the seismic response and whipping effect under different working conditions.The results show that the first mode of the tower structure is transverse vibration and the second is torsional vibration,and it is necessary to strengthen the torsional stiffness of the structure properly in the design of the tower structure.The whipping effect of large vertical ship-lift is obvious under the seismic action,and the separate machine room is more advantageous than the integrated machine room in whipping effect.The type of machine room should be selected reasonably when designing the ship-lift structure,and the top of the tower should be connected with a beam-slab structure.
