摘　　要：目的:观察脑卒中伴言语功能障碍患者使用注射用鼠神经生长因子联合舍曲林治疗后言语功能改善程度。方法:选择首次脑卒中伴言语功能障碍患者90例,随机分为联合治疗组、恩经复组合和舍曲林组各30例。联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗,18μg/(次·d),肌内注射,舍曲林50 mg/次,睡前一次;恩经复组在常规治疗基础上加用注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗,18μg/(次·d),肌内注射;舍曲林组在常规治疗基础上加用舍曲林50 mg/次,睡前一次,三组疗程均为28 d。分别于治疗前和治疗后28 d对患者进行西部失语成套测验(Western aphasia battery,WAB)和神经功能缺损评分。结果:三组在治疗28 d后言语功能和神经功能缺损均有改善,其中联合治疗组[AQ值62.15±20.38、NHISS评分(8.23±3.88)分、mRS评分(1.86±0.84)分]改善程度明显优于恩经复组[AQ值50.86±21.64、NHISS评分(12.86±4.36)分、mRS评分(2.38±0.96)分]及舍曲林组[AQ值49.56±20.42、NHISS评分(12.21±4.52)分、mRS评分(2.41±0.88)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用鼠神经生长因子联合舍曲林治疗对脑卒中患者言语功能障碍的改善有显著疗效,且神经功能的恢复更强。Objective To study the improvement degree of sertraline plus mouse nerve growth factor on speech function resumption in patients with stroke.Method 90 stoke patients with speech dysfunction were randomly divided into three groups,combined theatment group(n=30),Enjngfu group(n=30)and Sertraline group(n=30).The patients in combined theatment group were theated through the conventional treatment and sertraline plus mouse nerve growth factor,Enjngfu group through the conventional treatment and mouse nerve growth factor,and Sertraline group through the conventional treatment and sertraline.They were treated for 28 days.Western aphasia battery and Neurological deficit scores were deceted before and after treatment.Results Speech dysfunction and neurological deficit were improved in all three groups after 28 days theatment,and the improvement degree of combined theatment group was superior to that in other two groups,the differences was statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of sertraline and mouse nerve growth factor had significant efficacy in speech function resumption in patients with stroke,and better neural functional recovery than other patients.
