阿司匹林在缺血性脑血管病防治中的合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:研究不同剂量阿司匹林在缺血性脑血管疾病防治中的应用效果及合理性分析。方法:选择2015年1月~2017年1月120例缺血性脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,根据用药剂量的不同分为A组、B组、C组,比较三组患者的治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。结果:采用300 mg/d、200 mg/d的阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管疾病治疗效果显著优于100 mg/d;采用300 mg/d治疗结束后的第2个疗程和第3个疗程,患者的NIHSS评分显著低于A组、B组;但C组患者的不良反应明显高于A组、B组两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:相比每天使用100 mg、300 mg阿司匹林,使用200 mg阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的效果更佳,神经功能缺损改善明显,且不良反应更少,所以采用200mg/d治疗缺血性脑血管疾病效果最佳,可用于临床防治缺血性脑血管疾病的应用。Objective To study the effect of different doses of aspirin in the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Method 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected in January 2015-2017 year in January in our hospital as the research object,according to the different dosage of A,B,C three groups,compared three groups of patients,neurological deficit score,adverse reaction.Results Using 300 mg/d and 200 mg/d aspirin therapy in treatment of chemic cerebrovascular disease was significantly superior to that of 100 mg/d treated by 300 mg/d;after the end of the second and third courses,NIHSS scores were significantly lower than that of A and B two groups;but the adverse reactions of C group were significantly higher than that of A,B two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the daily use of 100 mg and 300 mg of aspirin,a better effect in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease using 200 mg aspirin,neurological deficit improved significantly,and less adverse reaction,so the use of 200 mg/d in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is best,can be used for clinical prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
