摘　　要：从《生活垃圾分类制度实施方案》要求开始垃圾分类试点,到《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》颁布,正式拉开我国垃圾分类序幕。目前社区垃圾分类推广受到社区成员垃圾分类知识储备不足和参与度不高的阻碍,使得垃圾分类教育成为社区教育的一个重要内容。为有效推进社区垃圾分类教育,在上海社区垃圾分类现状的访谈问卷调查以及文献研究基础之上,以发展性目标评价模式为指导,制定出一套科学合理的社区垃圾分类教育评价标准,为衡量社区垃圾分类教育质量提供科学工具。From the request of the"Implementation Plan of Domestic Garbage Classification System"to the promulgation of the"Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Domestic garbage Management",the prelude of domestic garbage classification was officially opened.At present,the promotion of community garbage classification is hindered by insufficient knowledge reserve and low participation of community members,making garbage classification education an important part of community education.In order to effectively promote community garbage classification education,guided by the evaluation model of developmental goals,a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria for community garbage classification education is developed based on the interview and questionnaire survey on the current situation of community garbage classification in Shanghai and the research of literature,which provides scientific tools for measuring the quality of community garbage classification education.
