摘 要:随着“以县为主”的义务教育管理体制的深入推进,如何有效的监测和评价县域内义务教育均衡发展的进程和水平成为了现今义务教育改革和发展的重要内容。结合近年来国内县域内义务教育校际均衡发展指标体系的研究现状,在对国内现有的、认可度较高的两个义务教育校际均衡发展指标体系进行结构分析和权重讨论的基础上,运用利益相关者理论进一步探讨县域内义务教育校际均衡发展指标体系适用的主体框架、核心要素和权重比例,希望能为县域义务教育均衡发展指标体系的研究提供借鉴和支持。Deepening the education administrative system that give first place to“county-based”compulsory,how to run and assess the progress and level of balanced development of compulsory education in the county effectively,which has become a main content of the compulsory education reform and development nowadays.Integrated with the related research that is about the index system of the balanced development of compulsory education in the county in recent years,based on the structural analysis and weight discussion of two domestic existing index systems that are highly recognized,this paper uses stakeholder theory to further explore the subject framework,core elements,and weight ratios applicable to inter-school balanced development index system about the compulsory education in the county,in order to provide reference and support for the research of the balanced development index system about the county compulsory education.
