摘 要:航空发动机3种常见进气畸变形式为总压畸变、旋流畸变和总温畸变。进气总压畸变涉及进气道/发动机兼容性评估、发动机稳定性评估、飞行包线预测等多方面,是影响发动机稳定性和性能的重要因素。近些年国内外研究人员关于进气总压畸变开展了大量进气道试验、发动机部件试验以及整机试验等地面模拟试验,其中利用畸变发生器模拟发动机进口畸变环境的地面试验备受关注。结合国内外关于进气总压畸变地面模拟试验的研究现状,总结了试验中所涉及的畸变发生器类型和安装位置、AIP选取位置和总压测试方案以及其他截面测试方案等,分析了在畸变发生器安装位置和AIP位置选取中以及AIP总压测试方案设计中需要考虑的因素,并对发动机进气总压畸变地面试验测试方法的发展趋势进行了展望。There are three common forms of aeroengine inlet distortion,namely total pressure distortion,swirl distortion,and total temperature distortion.The inlet total pressure distortion involves the assessment of inlet duct/engine compatibility,engine stability assessment,flight envelope prediction and many other aspects,which is an important factor affecting engine stability and performance.In recent years,domestic and foreign researchers have carried out a large number of ground tests on the inlet total pressure distortion,such as inlet duct tests,engine component tests,and engine tests.Among them,ground tests using a distortion generator to simulate the distortion environment of the engine inlet have attracted much attention.Combined with the domestic and foreign current research status of inlet total pressure distortion ground simulation test,the type and installation location of distortion generators,AIP selection position,total pressure measurement scheme and other section measurement schemes were summarized.The factors that need to be considered in the selection of the generator installation location,AIP location and the design of the AIP total pressure measurement scheme were analyzed.The development trend of the ground test measurement method for the engine inlet total pressure distortion is prospected.
