摘　　要：目的建立帕瑞昔布的药物利用评价标准(DUE),评价帕瑞昔布的临床用药情况。方法以注射用帕瑞昔布钠药品说明书为基础,参照相关规范和专家共识,建立帕瑞昔布DUE标准。采用回顾性研究方法,对亳州市人民医院2019年1月—6月使用帕瑞昔布的住院患者用药进行合理性评价,具体包括适应证、用法用量、溶媒选择、疗程、联合用药、禁忌证、疗效评价和不良反应监测。结果共抽取63份病历,其中帕瑞昔布用药完全符合评价标准的合理率为6%。帕瑞昔布不合理应用常见于联合用药(68%)、用法用量(67%)、适应证(56%)、疗程(44%)和疗效评价(24%)。禁忌证、不良反应监测和溶媒选择不合理率低。结论该院帕瑞昔布使用合理率较低,存在联合用药、用法用量和适应证等方面问题。AIM To establish drug use evaluation(DUE)criteria for parecoxib,and to evaluate clinical use of parecoxib in hospital.METHODS Based on parecoxib sodium for injection instruction,and the related guidelines and expert consensus,DUE criteria for parecoxib was developed.This retrospective study was conducted to evaluate the rationality of medical records of 63 patients received parecoxib in People’s Hospital of Bozhou during January to June 2019.Evaluation criteria include indications,usage and dosage,solvent selection,course of treatment,combined medication,contraindications,efficacy evaluation and adverse reaction monitoring.RESULTS Sixty-three medical records were selected,the reasonable rate of medication that fully meets the evaluation criteria was 6%.The most common unreasonable applications of parecoxib are combination medication(68%),usage and dosage(67%),indications(56%),course of treatment(44%)and efficacy evaluation(24%).The unreasonable rate of contraindications,adverse reaction monitoring and solvent selection is low.CONCLUSION The rational use rate of parecoxib in the hospital is low.There are some problems in combination medication,usage and dosage and indications.
