摘　　要：目的探讨社区安宁疗护护士的职业认同与关怀能力现状及相关性,为加强安宁疗护护士专业培训提供参考。方法选取上海市100个社区卫生服务中心622名安宁疗护护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、关怀能力量表和职业认同水平量表进行调查。结果安宁疗护护士的关怀能力总分为173.80±19.66;职业认同总分110.32±17.15;关怀能力与职业认同呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论社区安宁疗护护士的关怀能力相对较低,应加强实施针对性的专业培训,帮助其正确认知和对待安宁疗护工作,进而提升护士职业价值感和职业认同感。Objective To discuss the current status and correlation of occupational identity and caring ability among community palliative care nurses,and to provide reference for strengthening professional training of palliative care nurses.Methods Totally 622 palliative care nurses from 100 community health care centers in Shanghai were selected,then they were investigated using the general information questionnaire,care ability scale and occupational approval level scale.Results The total score of care ability was 173.80±19.66,and the total score of occupational identity was 110.32±17.15.The total score and each dimension score of the nurses′care ability positively correlated with those of occupational identity(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The caring ability of community palliative care nurses is relatively low.It is necessary to strengthen targeted professional training to help them correctly recognize and carry out the palliative care work,so as to improve their sense of professional value and professional identity.
