血清钠、钾、钙、镁离子与功能性便秘的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察血清钠、钾、钙、镁离子浓度与功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)的相关性及临床意义。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月于本院就诊的80例FC患者为病例组,80例排便正常者为对照组。比较两组血清钠、钾、钙及镁离子浓度,分析病例组血清钠、镁离子浓度与Wexner便秘评分(Wexner constipation score,WCS)的相关性。结果:病例组血清钠、镁离子均浓度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组血清钾、钙离子浓度与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组血清钠、镁离子浓度与WCS均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:FC患者的血清钠、镁离子浓度均较低,另外血清钠、镁离子浓度与WCS无相关性,可适当提高钠,尤其是镁的摄入,从而改善FC。Objective:To analyse the correlation between concentrations of serum sodium,potassium,calcium,magnesium and functional constipation in patients,and clinical significance.Method:A total of 80 patients with functional constipation(FC)who visited our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the case group,80 patients with normal defecation were selected as the control group.Comparison of serum sodium,potassium,calcium and magnesium concentrations in two groups and the correlation between serum sodium,magnesium concentrations and Wexner constipation score in the case group was analyzed.Result:The serum sodium and magnesium ion concentrations in the case group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in serum potassium and calcium concentration between the case group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no correlations between serum sodium and magnesium ion concentrations and WCS in the case group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with FC,the concentration of serum sodium and magnesium ions are low,and the concentration of serum sodium and magnesium ions are unrelated to WCS,the intake of sodium,especially magnesium,can be appropriately increased,so as to improve FC.
