摘　　要：目的:通过对鼻咽癌放疗后发生放射性颌骨坏死(osteoradionecrosis of the jaws,ORNJ)患者及放疗后未发生ORNJ患者、正常人血清中玻连蛋白(VN)进行定量分析,初步研究其是否可作为鼻咽癌患者放疗后预测ORNJ发生的潜在血清标志物。方法:收集鼻咽癌患者放疗后发生ORNJ患者和放疗后未发生ORNJ患者及正常人,各20例,分别作为试验组、试验对照组及空白对照组。应用ELISA方法初步分析三个组血清中VN的表达。结果:试验组为19.62(8.97,27.71)ng/mL,试验对照组为2.34(1.34,5.21)ng/mL,空白对照组为19.24(8.49,22.68)ng/mL,试验对照组的VN浓度低于试验组和空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而试验组和空白对照组的VN浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VN可能作为预测鼻咽癌放疗后ORNJ发生的潜在血清标志物。Objective:By quantitative analysis of vitronectin(VN)in serum of patients with ORNJ after radiotherapy and normal subjects without ORNJ after radiotherapy,we preliminarily investigated whether it could be used as a potential serum marker to predict ORNJ occurrence in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:20 patients with ORNJ after radiotherapy,20 patients without ORNJ after radiotherapy,and 20 healthy subjects were collected as the experimental group,the experimental control group,and the blank control group.The expression of VN in serum of three groups was analyzed by ELISA.Result:The experimental group was 19.62(8.97,27.71)ng/mL,the control group was 2.34(1.34,5.21)ng/mL,and the blank control group was 19.24(8.49,22.68)ng/mL,the VN concentration in the experimental control group was lower than those in the experimental group and the blank control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference of VN concentration between the experimental group and the blank control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:VN may be a potential serum marker to predict the occurrence of ORNJ after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
