加减黄连汤治疗反流性食管炎38例临床观察认识实践

摘　　要：目的研究加减黄连汤用于反流性食管炎中的价值,并探讨具体疗效。方法选择2018年4月~2020年4月本院接诊的反流性食管炎病患76例为研究对象,按照随机数字表方式,将患者随机均分2组。研究组在常规西医治疗的基础上,需要采取加减黄连汤疗法,对照组实行西医治疗。对比两组患者接受不同方式治疗后的实际疗效。结果研究组接受治疗后的总有效率97.37%,比对照组78.95%的治疗有效率高,P<0.05,数据存在统计学差异。结论于反流性食管炎中运用加减黄连汤,疗效确切,建议推广,该治疗模式可作为反流性食管炎患者的首选方案。Objective To study the value of Huanglian Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,and to discuss the specific curative effect.Methods 76 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the study group should adopt the treatment of adding or reducing Huanglian Decoction,while the control group adopts western medicine treatment.The actual efficacy of two groups of patients receiving different treatments was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was 97.37%,higher than that of the control group(78.95%),P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion Huanglian Decoction is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.It is recommended to promote this treatment mode as the first choice for patients with reflux esophagitis.
