咖啡因在早产儿机械通气中效果的临床研究

摘  要:目的分析探究将咖啡因引入早产儿机械通气治疗临床的应用效果。方法在2014年1月至2019年12月间本院新生儿重症监护病房进行住院治疗的需机械通气治疗的早产儿中随机选择48例,并将其随机化分为观察组(24例、联合咖啡因治疗)和对照组(24例、常规通气),对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,观察组患儿撤机失败率明显低于对照组,通气时间又显著更早(P<0.05)。结论将咖啡因引入早产儿机械通气治疗临床的应用效果显著,能够有效降低撤机失败率,缩短通气时间,进而减少不良反应,值得推广应用。objective to analyze the clinical application of caffeine in the treatment of premature infants with mechanical ventilation.Methods from January 2014 to December 2019,48cases of premature infants requiring mechanical ventilation in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group(24 cases,combined caffeine treatment)and control group(24 cases,routine ventilation)to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results after treatment,the failure rate of withdrawal in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the ventilation time was significantly earlier,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the introduction of caffeine into the treatment of premature infants with mechanical ventilation has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the failure rate of withdrawal,shorten the ventilation time,and thus reduce adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worth promoting the application of caffeine in the clinical treatment of premature infants with respiratory failure.
