摘　　要：企业家的成长对经济发展起着至关重要的作用。但目前企业家队伍建设面临生态环境仍需优化、高水平创新型企业家严重短缺、企业家激励约束机制不完善等问题。构建良好的企业家成长外部环境、健全企业家激励与约束监督制度体系已迫在眉睫。企业家要时刻铭记社会责任,主动树立良好的社会形象,这样才能带领企业取得长远发展,从而更好地服务社会。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the growth of entrepreneurs is very important to economic development.The party and the government attach great importance to the construction of entrepreneurs.However,there are still some problems such as the optimization of the ecological environment for entrepreneurs'growth,the scale and quality to be improved,and the imperfect incentive and restraint mechanism.To study and discuss the construction of entrepreneur team is helpful to promote the cultivation and improvement of entrepreneur team,and to promote the continuous development of enterprises and economic society in China.
