摘 要:为研究基础日粮中添加艾纳香粉末对三穗鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,本试验选取72只30周龄的三穗鸭母鸭,总共分为4组,每组3个重复,每重复6只鸭,对照组每天饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在此基础上分别添加2%、4%和6%艾纳香粉,预饲期7 d,正式期35 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日均采食量分别降低4.01%和3.08%(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)试验Ⅱ组的日均蛋重最高,分别比试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组提高3.43%、3.63%(P>0.05);(3)试验Ⅱ组日均产蛋率最高,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别比对照组提高21.90%、20.46%(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组较对照组提高7.08%(P<0.05);(4)试验Ⅱ组饲料转化率最高,与试验Ⅰ组和对照组相比提高了14.31%、20.54%(P<0.01);(5)日粮中添加艾纳香粉对鸭蛋的蛋品质除蛋黄重外并无不良影响,试验Ⅱ组蛋黄重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加艾纳香主要影响鸭蛋产蛋性能,最适添加比例为4%。To study the effects of adding Blumea balsamifera powder to the basic diet on egg performance and egg quality of Sansui ducks.72 Sansui female ducks of 30 weeks old were selected and divided into 4 groups,each with 3 replicates and 6 ducks per replicate.The control group fed with basic diet every day,experiment group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were added 2%,4%and 6%Blumea balsamifera powder respectively,feeding period of 7 days,the formal period of 35 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily feed intake of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 4.01%and 3.08%higher than that of control group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the experimental group Ⅰ and the control group(P>0.05);(2)The daily average egg weight of group Ⅱ was the highest,which was 3.43%,3.63%higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P>0.05);(3)The average daily rate of group Ⅱ was the highest,the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 21.90%,20.46%higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the group Ⅰ was 7.08%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The feed conversion rate of group Ⅱ was the highest,which was 14.31%and 20.54%higher than that of group Ⅰ and control group(P<0.01);(5)Each group of the duck egg quality except egg yolk weight and no bad influence,egg yolk weight of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that adding Blumea balsamifera in basal diet mainly affected laying performance of laying ducks,the optimum proportion of the admixture was 4%.
