摘　　要：资产证券化为企业提供了股票、债券之外,也可以公开募集资金。饲料企业在融资来源和融资成本等方面一直面临严重的障碍,但普遍没有意识到资产证券化这一新融资途径的意义。本文介绍了我国目前资产证券的基本情况,指出资产证券化对饲料企业提高资金效率、降低融资成本、规避风险和优化资本结构的重要意义,并提出饲料企业进行资产证券化的基本路径和可能遇到的风险。Securitization provides another finance channel,besides share issue and bond issue.Feedstuff enterprises have been facing serious problems in financing,but most of feedstuff enterprises have not been aware of the significance of securitization.This article introduced the fundamental situation of securitization in our country,pointed that securitization has several advantages for feedstuff enterprises,including raising capital efficiency,reducing finance cost,avoiding risks,and improving capital structure,and proposed the possible methods to securitize their assets for feedstuff enterprises,and risks in securitization.
