摘  要:采用电商模式营销是饲料供应链节点企业在经营模式上的一次探索,物流与电商同为影响供应链产业规模和运转效率的两个重要因素,两者之间协同发展对于饲料产品供应链效率提升意义重大。本文分析了饲料供应链体系内物流与电商的内在关联性和协同机理,各协同主体以四项协作内容为核心,积极寻找更为适合的协作模式。但现阶段,饲料供应链体系中仍存在发展不同步、信任机制不完善、物流模式单一、逆向物流效率低等缺失表现,针对这些问题应从强化政府管理者宏观调控、打造集成化信息平台、积极开拓饲料产品终端市场及增强互信程度等方面采取一系列优化与改善措施。The adoption of e-commerce marketing mode is an exploration of the operation mode of feed supply chain node enterprises.Logistics and e-commerce are two important factors affecting the industrial scale and operation efficiency of the supply chain.The coordinated development between the two is of great significance to the improvement of feed product supply chain efficiency.This paper analyzed the internal relationship and coordination mechanism between logistics and e-commerce in feed supply chain system,and each collaborative subject takes four cooperation contents as the core,and actively sought for a more suitable cooperation mode.However,at present,there are still some deficiencies in the feed supply chain system,such as the development is not synchronized,the trust mechanism is not perfect,the logistics mode is single,and the reverse logistics efficiency is low.In view of these problems,a series of improvement measures are taken from the aspects of strengthening the macro-control of government managers,building an integrated information platform,actively developing the feed product terminal market,and enhancing mutual trust.
